Terms and Conditions

1. Service usage
1.1 Hong Kong Jinhui Trading Co., Ltd. ("the Company") provides commodity sales, order processing, and supporting services (collectively referred to as "the Services").
1.2 Please read this agreement carefully before using this service. Continuing to use is considered acceptance of all terms, including any subsequent revisions. Our company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms, which will take effect after publication without further notice.

2. Service scope
2.1 By submitting an order through our company's platform, we are authorized to process the transaction and arrange for the delivery of goods.
2.2 User Declaration and Warranty:
(i) Be over 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct;
(ii) Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information;
(iii) The use of payment methods has been legally authorized;
(iv) The use of the service does not violate any Hong Kong or international laws and regulations.

3. Transactions and Payments
3.1 The user authorizes our company to deduct order payments through designated payment methods.
3.2 If payment fails due to insufficient account balance, incorrect information, or bank restrictions, our company shall not be held responsible.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 The company will make reasonable efforts to ensure transaction accuracy and service continuity, but does not guarantee complete absence of interruptions or errors.
4.2 The company is exempt from liability for losses caused by the following circumstances:
-Force majeure (such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, system failures);
-The user provides incorrect information or violates this agreement;
-Errors or refusal to perform by third-party service providers (such as banks and logistics).

5. Disclaimer
Our company provides services on an "as is" basis and does not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.

6. Scope of Responsibility
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, damage to goodwill).
6.2 The upper limit of compensation liability shall not exceed the disputed order amount.

7. Agreement Transfer
7.1 The user shall not transfer the rights under this agreement.
7.2 The Company may transfer its rights and obligations to affiliated or cooperative parties.


8. Law and Disputes
8.1 This agreement shall be governed by Hong Kong law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong courts for resolution.
8.2 Clause Independence: If a clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain valid.
